LocalRadar Terms of Service

1. Service Description

LocalRadar provides AI search visibility audits and related local SEO insights to local service businesses in the United States. We help businesses understand how they appear when potential customers search for them using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Gemini, and Claude.

2. SMS Program Terms

Program Name: LocalRadar SMS

Program Description: The LocalRadar SMS program sends informational and transactional messages including: initial outreach offering a free AI search visibility audit, audit delivery notifications, and limited follow-up communications.

Message Frequency: Recipients receive up to 4 messages per recipient. Frequency may vary based on engagement and account activity.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. LocalRadar does not charge for SMS messages; carrier rates are billed by your wireless provider.

Supported Carriers: All major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or REMOVE to any LocalRadar SMS message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages from this program. Opt-outs are honored permanently and globally across all LocalRadar SMS campaigns.

How to Get Help: Reply HELP to any LocalRadar SMS message for assistance, or contact us at support@getlocalradar.com.

Opt-In Methods: You may opt in by (a) submitting a phone number through our opt-in form at getlocalradar.com/audit or getlocalradar.com/p/[token] and checking the consent box, or (b) affirmatively replying YES to an informational outreach message about a free audit relevant to your publicly listed business. Phone numbers are sourced exclusively from publicly available business directories (e.g., Google Business Profile listings) where business owners have publicly listed contact information for receiving inquiries.

Consent Disclosure: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase from LocalRadar.

Email Communications

When you submit an audit request through LocalRadar, you provide an email address to receive your audit results and related follow-up communications about your business's AI search visibility.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by replying with the word STOP. Unsubscribing immediately removes you from all active and pending email sequences.

Re-engaging After Unsubscribing

If you previously unsubscribed and later submit a new audit request, your submission re-enables email communications related to that new audit. This includes the audit results email and the standard follow-up sequence. By submitting a new audit, you acknowledge and consent to this re-engagement.

If you do not want to receive emails about a new audit, do not submit a new audit request.

Communication Types

LocalRadar sends emails about your audit results, follow-up insights, behavior-triggered updates (such as competitor visibility changes), and product updates from Tomass directly. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LocalRadar only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Misrepresent yourself or your business
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our service

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LocalRadar including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audit reports, software, and underlying methodology are owned by Activecode Sverige AB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimers

LocalRadar's audit reports are provided "as is" for informational purposes. AI search rankings and visibility data fluctuate constantly; we make no guarantees about specific ranking outcomes. Your business results from acting on our recommendations are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalRadar and Activecode Sverige AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
